Clinton Township, MI: Forgotten: The Murder at the Ford Rouge Plant

March 26 2010 19:30 - March 26 2010 23:30

One of Michigan's oldest unsolved mysteries - who was responsible for the death of the Rev. Lewis Bradford - will be unraveled on stage, when Forgotten: The Murder at the Ford Rouge Plant is performed at the Macomb Center for the Performing Arts. And 21 of the Rev. Bradford's descendants from around the country will be traveling to Michigan and to see the show.

This latest production features 22 actors and musicians - both professionals and rank-and-file workers - and will be staged as part of Macomb Community College's exhibition on life in the 1930s and the Great Depression, "And Yet They Survived." The curtain goes up at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, March 26, and tickets are now on sale at the box office (586-286-2222). Seats are $20 for general admission, $30 for Gold Circle front center seats, or $10 for seniors, students, unemployed residents, and military.

Bill Meyer is music director for the show, and Elise Bryant is returning to Detroit to direct the cast.
