Barbara Lee to reintroduce bill to end Afghan war

Representative Barbara Lee, D-Calif. will reintroduce her bill to limit funding for U.S. armed forces in Afghanistan to that which is necessary for "the safe and orderly withdrawal" of all U.S. troops and contractors from that country.
